We are looking for a Professional Services Senior Recruiter who is entrepreneurial, has a desire to enhance our work environment, and can work under urgent deadlines. This is an on-site position for someone who builds relationships with prospects, clients, candidates and employees. We are looking to grow into direct hire, retained, and contingent searches. You sell, you fill, you earn uncapped commissions.
The role is designed for someone who wants to make a lot of money, but they earn it by bringing their best every day. You get the opportunity to run your own desk, but you need to make a lot of calls, make of lot of presentations, interview a lot of people, and submit very qualified candidates who should interview for roles. We do not submit candidates just to submit candidates. We need to be very thoughtful and make good decisions on why our candidates are interested in interviewing for the roles.
Source, screen, and submit qualified candidates
Fill job orders
Make location visits to see employees, meet with clients
Prospect for new business
Assist with new employee hiring
Attend recruiting and business development events to increase your expertise, make friends, and meet candidates and potential clients
Become a subject matter expert in your niches
Deliver on your weekly goals
*Minimum of 3 years of Professional Services Staffing/Recruiting experience
*Must make outbound phone calls daily to meet/exceed sales and recruiting goals
*Ability to assess candidate and prospect potential
*Provide regular recruiting and tracking reports
*A Passion to be in the know about your recruiting specialties
*Adaptable to changing business needs
