Job Title: Tech Support Help Desk

Location: Newtown, PA 18940

Number of Openings: 2

Hours: Monday - Friday 8:30 AM - 4:45 PM (45-minute lunch)

Salary: $13.00 - $15.00 PER HOUR

Overtime paid for any hours worked after 37.50 per week.

Job Description for Tech Support Help Desk:

Provide front-line telephone candidate communication support for candidates trying to register for law school

  • Assist with troubleshooting printer and computer problems
  • Walking the candidate through the registration process on the website
  • Answer questions through emails and telephone calls
  • Perform data entry to ensure all information is properly documented.

Requirements for Tech Support Help Desk:

Technical knowledge such as how to walk individual through printing and computer error issues

Professional telephone etiquette

Microsoft Word and Outlook knowledge

Reliable transportation is required, there is no bus route available

Able to pass a 7 year criminal background check

Must be able to work some overtime past 4:45PM if needed
