Our growing client in the Atlanta area is looking for a Technical Support Representative to join their team. This position is an entry level position with potential to grow within the company and high visibility with the Executive team.
Position: Technical Support Representative
Resolving customer service requests via established troubleshooting and protocol procedures.
Providing feedback on service tickets.
Following departmental procedures regarding escalations and providing quick resolutions.
Performing tasks of Customer Support Representative as needed.
Maintaining knowledge of all products and troubleshooting procedures for assigned team.
Collaborating with other Support team members to meet IT departmental goals and needs.
Performing other duties as requested by Management/Supervisory Team.
Associates Degree, Bachelors preferred.
1-2years of remote technical support experience.
Must have experience with TCP/IP networking configuration, DHCP, Linux SQL.
Must also have experience using (Magic, Remedy, Heat, Salesforce, Service Now).
Candidate must be able to handle workload of 25+ support cases/day or 80+ inbound requests.
2-3 years of call center experience.
Candidate must also be able to work 1 weekend and 1 holiday.
Must be able to type 35 to 40 wpm.
Restaurant experience is a plus.
