TRC Staffing is currently hiring Technical Support Representatives for our client in the Norcross, GA area. Our client is a high-volume call center and is focused on providing the highest levels of service to all customers. This is a long-term position with potential for growth with a great company.

  • 1-3 years Customer Service AND/OR Technical Support experience
  • High School Diploma (or equivalent) and willingness to learn through on the job training
  • Apply understanding and knowledge of information systems products and services to assist customers on technical matters
  • Troubleshoot, research, isolate and resolve information system problems using internal knowledge base and tools
  • Recognize customer’s problems that should be escalated to the next level for resolution following established protocols
  • Experience using or supporting Microsoft Windows and PC hardware Ability to multitask between systems and use various applications consecutively with proficient typing skills
  • Analytical thinker with technical aptitude
  • Demonstrates strong verbal, written, and listening skills
  • Exhibits a strong work ethic, must meet quality, productivity, and attendance metrics
  • Exhibit a high level of professionalism with extreme sensitivity to customer satisfaction

Core Responsibilities:

  • Answer inbound calls regarding customer accounts and product services.
  • Obtain information from customer by phone regarding orders for installation of services, turning off/on services, account information changes and/or billing inquiries.
  • Handle and resolve customer complaints.
  • Provide information to potential customers interested in opening accounts for various utilities and communication services.
  • Update and document information in database.

Requirements:

  • Ability to work in a fast paced, inbound call center environment
  • Must possess an outgoing personality and have the ability to build rapport quickly to resolve the customer questions or needs
  • Exceptional communication skills, professional phone etiquette
  • Efficient computer skills required!
  • Experience with MS Office, data entry and the ability to type 30 wpm

Education and Experience:

  • Previous call center experience required
  • Qualified candidate must have a High School Diploma or GED
