Seeking energetic call center agents for a fantastic opportunity. Centrally located, Greensboro company looking for helpdesk support for their Point Of Sale system.

Work Schedule & Hours:

8:00am – 4:30pm, will need some flexibility – some evening work may be required

Training is fast paced, Monday thru Friday 8:00am-4:30pm.

Core Responsibilities:

  • Customer Service
  • Troubleshoot with clients
  • help desk experience preferred

  • Requirements:
  • Have good job stability
  • Must pass drug screen & background check
  • Excellent Attendance

Education:

  • High School Diploma or GED
  • IT Education a plus
