We have a client in Dunwoody that is actively hiring and they are looking to hire mature, dependable, and personable customer service agents. Assisting customers in Florida and the Carolinas with their residental utility service, our client has a training class starting in September and are looking to add 40 new agents to the TRC Team.

About the position:
-Respond to customer calls regarding their utility service. Responsible for setting up new accounts, transferring accounts, and/or closing accounts
-Help customers navigate the online website to update their account information and/or make online payments
-Assist with payments: take payments and post to accounts. Set up payment arrangements as available.
-Work with new customers to activate their new utility service.
-Respond to outage questions
-Suggestively sell products and services to customers as applicable, educate customers on the benefits of those products/services
-High School Diploma or equivalent
-Willing to submit to a pre-employment drug test and background check
-Prior customer service experience - call center preferred, but not required
